"The staff is lazy & they close the lobby 2hrs early so they don't have to stay after their shift to clean it. And then they have the nerve to be slow in the drive thru when they have 10 cars waiting. On top of that they are telling everyone they ran out of ice cream. What kind of ice cream place runs out of ice cream."

"This is a prime location for a DQ! However the young staff is not efficient. Orders take 45 min to 1 hr in the drive through. Food is less than the favorable DQ standard. Ive been 4 times ,hopeing for better service."

"The food was absolutely disgusting. The gravy was a giant chunk. They knew it when they spooned it in the cup and still served it. The fries were stale, and you can taste the steak fingers were fried in old grease. Not shocked honestly. Never. Again."

"the lady at the window named Ada was VERY rude and unprofessional, took our order and when we pulled up to the window she comes and asks ‘uh what did y’all have again’ then hands us our blizzards without telling us which is which just watching us figure it out. then didn’t say thank you or anything when handing us our food. i work in food service and i understand sometimes it gets overwhelming but you don’t have to be ugly to people. do better"

"My wife had to doctor my gravy because it was absolutely glue in styrofoam. The ice cream is always down by 6-7 pm. Which is ridiculous on a Saturday night. This happens all the time and they always say. It will be at 30 minutes to get ice cream. This location has to do better or ppl will move on and I'm 1 of them"
