Schlotzsky's

"03/02/24.. 6:15pm.. We walked into the Schlotzsky’s and could see the cashier sitting at the table watching something on her phone. She rolled her eyes as she got up to ring up our order. Very rushed order, didn’t greet us, she was in hurry to get back to her phone. As we got our drink cups, walked over the beverage station, tea containers were empty, as we sat down another couple pulled up and the same reaction we experienced they received the same. 6:45pm cashier locked one door, walked towards the other door and told us once your done eating yell at the kitchen and they will open the doors to let you out. Walked out and locked the door."

"When you order a $17 sandwich you expect there to be at least meet all the way to the edge of the sandwich. And you would hope there would be more meat than bread! And don't get me started on how the cinnamon roll looks!"

"Nice place, very clean, polite staff and nicely decorated. Christian music playing (which I know is not everyone's thing, but I found it nice). The reason for 3 stars however is while the food was good is it just way to over priced for what you get. I had a small sandwich, which was $9 and a cookie which was $2.65. . . and both where tiny. Food tasted good but I literally left their and hit Taco Bell down the road for more food. . . then hit Panera Bread to get a real cookie! If budget is not an issue and you are not too hungry then you will enjoy Schlotzsky's."

"Placed order. Was over charged for 2 sandwiches and cookies. Would not make a refund for cc transaction. No manager was on site to approve. Finally convinced them to void the transaction so the cc is not charged. They weren't going to do anything about their mistake, just keep the money for an order that we had immediately canceled. They did not know how to work the cc machine. Terrible service"

"My first time eating schlotzskys and probably my last. I ordered a turkey avocado on jalapeño bread And a drink First off I placed the order Online walked in and waited, finally asked someone and she stood there looking through a stack of receipts and then looked by the register printer and found it Now there was barely any turkey or avocado and it was not on the bread I requested Then I went to get my drink, the Tea looked gross so was going to get sprite and it was flat Wasn't going to go back up there because there was along line Tried calling and a machine answered after about 15 rings. So can't call them Poor service and food"
