"Really nice waiter and staff. Food was great. Clams on the appetizer section are a must try. Was mine and my girlfriends first time trying clams and it made us love them! Definitely a great experience."

"The price of the food and the quality does not match. They have downsized the quantity of their portions but still charge a high price of a 4 star restaurant. We started by ordering the fried calamari. It used to be really good and you can tell it was battered in house. Now it seems they have went the route of purchasing cheap pre-battered frozen calamari that comes from Sysco or company of that sort. It was TERRIBLE. I ordered the Alfredo. First of all just for noodles and sauce it was 17 bucks but to add shrimp was 12 and to add chicken 9. OK cool whatever. There were 2 overcooked shrimp and dry overcooked chicken in a very small bowl. So $38 bucks tiny quantity of overcooked food. We were going to order the cheesecake because i remeber it being a large slice and tasty, but the waiter thankfully told us to not bother because they decreased the portion size of the cheese cake and increased the price. I know restaurant are struggling with inflation, but what BB Italia is just highway robbery. Poor quality, less quantity and sky rocketed price. Seriously could have just celebrated my wife's Bday at Olive Garden if that's the quality we were going to get. We love Italian food and was happy when BB Italia open near us. I guess we'll have to make a drive to the city or Alex's Kitchen in Missouri City for our fix. On a positive note they got rid of the automatic charge for using credit card. I guess they had to supplement that cost by inflating prices and poor quality food."

"Love this place. The decor makes the dining shiny and cozy. Service is really good; they are sweet, funny and friendly. Food is good (depends on what you ordered) my caprese, beet salads, clam pasta were all good. My friend complained about her mussels a bit salty. Minestrone is watery. Chicken parmesan is good. Basil pesto is super tasty. Cheesecake is a must to try. So far we love this place and will come back to try other dishes."
