"Awful tea! Since inflation happened, this place has watered down their teas and think people are dumb enough to not notice. The teas taste nothing like they used to, and it's the reason they have lost customers. Not to mention that they want to charge 75 cents for an extra wedge of orange or lemon. Ridiculous! There are better places to buy your teas don't waste your time here."
"Amazing fast paced place! I brought in 5 5gallon water jugs and they were so happy to help us out to the car with them! Awesome staff and very fun place to go!"
"I live in the northwest, I've never seen tea huts. We have espresso huts. We used the drive-thru to pick up some specialty tea. We used the online application to look at the menu ahead of time because the drive-thru line was long. We ordered the sweet raspberry tea. It was very refreshing, filled with wonderful ice, and large enough to last a while. I think it's very clever to have Texas tea available to folks to enjoy."
"HORRIBLE manager. Super disrespectful. I’m a regular here at this location and I always get my drink made a certain way and I never ever have an issue. But today was the first time I’ve encountered horrible customer service from the manager herself who btw refused to give me her name. When I asked for my drink she said she couldn’t make it that way and when I politely asked why she told me to go to a different location and didn’t have time for my “attitude” I wasn’t trying to give her a hard time or an attitude. I just wanted to know for future reference. Maybe the way I was requesting my tea was against their policy and I genuinely wanted to know. I did go to a different location and they were able to make my drink exactly how I asked with no problem and no condescending attitude. I did ask the manager at that location about my order and they said it was completely fine and not against policy and that other locations should have no problems making it that way. In my opinion I think the manager here at s Georgia st was having a bad day and let it out on me. UPDATE: they’ve responded to my review and I can’t reply but essentially they encouraged me to share this to their Customer Experience Team. Guess what? I did do that! In fact that was the first thing I did before leaving this review. They only gave me a coupon and when I went to redeem the coupon I had the EXACT same issue with the same manager! I actually was able to get her name this time and it’s Desiree."
"My first experience here was because I got a free drink card from work. I got their Texas Chai and it was delicious! I've gotten it as an iced tea and a hot tea, love it! I got a chance to get their TX Root Beer today, and it is delicious. I have never had anything like it before. The employees are nice and have wonderful customer service."
