"I really thought I would like this store. They didn't have one bra in my size to try on??!! I'm not that big...but if I was....this is SUPPOSED to be a big girl's store! The service was poor (she told me to shop online, when she finally acknowledged me). The selection low quality....and expensive for no good reason! Totally unimpressed."

"I've never walked out of Torrid unhappy. The discounts during sale times are amazing. I do wish the stores had more variety because there is so much more online and I prefer to try things on. Perhaps they could build a few larger locations that had space to hold more options. There's nothing like going in and finding cute clothes, shoes, accessories, and undies that fit."
