"Ok so the dressing rooms are always closed. It's annoying. They spent tons of money on cameras to watch people like they are criminals but can't pay someone to work the dressing rooms! So instead of offering customers a great shopping experience they'd rather treat you like a criminal and lose out on more money. This is my second time in this store and I ended up put away all the clothes I couldn't try on right back on the racks again! I won't be back so don't comment under my post asking me to do so. I'll be shopping across the street from now on."
"Worst customer service ever, they don’t really care about having waiting people in line for long periods of time. Unorganized any day of the week, it’s sad knowing the good prices, but don’t matter what time of the day you go, sucks been in line every time for over 15-20 minutes and one cashier."
"The cashier was very nice yet the “policy” that Burlington has now about fitting rooms really make the shopping experience BAD. The fitting rooms are always CLOSED. It forces people to buy things and if they do not fit, they have to make another trip just to return them. Or, in other instances we get stock with thing that we will never wear."
"One register open! When I joined the line, there was 12 people in line. After waiting for about five minutes, I asked the young lady to call for the manager. She said she already has and that the manager must be in the back because they haven’t come up. I asked him to call the manager again for me. I am still waiting. Do not come to this store. Find the next nearest one and hope that it’s not like this one."
