"The “customer service” at this location is non existent. I had 3 robes, 3 sweatshirts, 2 bras, tons of underwear and when I finally saw an employee (me and only one other customer in the store) I asked her if she minded setting these on the counter for me and she looked at me like I was an idiot and said “would you just like a basket?” I said “no, I don’t..I’ll go put it there.” I spent almost $800 and I had to ask the girl to ring me up she was busy texting away right in front of me completely ignoring everything. When I walked in it smelled like weed and at the register it smells like someone who hasn’t showered in 2 weeks. Never have I ever experienced this at a VS/PINK or had it smell. What in the world is going on at this location?!"

"You need to notify your customers of your exchange policy. The staff is rude and refused to give me their name or their customer service number. Then said they were calling the police. You have lost 3 lifetime customers. Trust me. Go elsewhere."

"I like that the prices at this location are cheaper than the store in Denton, but I feel the service could have been much better. I called about finding two of the same bras in a specific size, and two colors. The lady who helped me on the phone (Erika), was able to find one of each color, but only one in the size I requested. I went to the store to get them, and to try on the one that wasn't the size I requested, but it was too small. However, the cashier (whose name I did not get), was able to find the exact bra color, and size that I requested, which just means the lady on the phone didn't look very well. All in all though, I had an pretty good experience, and would return."

"I would have given this VS only a 1 star if it wasn't for the helpful manager. I came in for an exchange and the girls here who were working on the floor were so rude. There was no one who helped me for a good 15 minutes but they followed new customers who came in instead and aided them. I even heard them talking about me and how I was only here for a "return". I had to go out of my way to get fitted and the customer service here was just so bad. I lighted up my little light for help for a good 3-5 minutes and I could hear the worker helping the woman next to me and didn't even bother to help me at all in the fitting room. The manager was really sweet and helped me with what I needed help with. She was able to help me and that made my experience a lot better. Please do not get jasmine to help you if you are a younger girl as she and some of the other workers were very biased towards me since I was a lot younger. This was honestly my worst experience at Victoria's Secret and I have gotten better service elsewhere at much busier times that are a lot more hectic."
