"Well, I'm kind of bummed. I really liked this store and always found clothes and accessories I like when I shopped. The sales associates used to be so nice and friendly. But the last few times I've shopped the girls working behind the counter never said a word and gave off such unfriendly/unwelcoming vibes. I would guess they were high school age girls. To the owner, please teach your employees to greet and help your customers. I was the ONLY customer and in the store for 5 minutes and neither girl working every acknowledged me. One was just standing behind the counter and the other standing off at the end of the counter staring off in to outer space. I can't bring myself to spend money somewhere that is so unfriendly."

"Very rude associates. I wanted to buy some cute items for my dog but the associates never greeted me, asked if I needed help or even acknowledged I was in the store. One girl was behind the cashier taking selfies. I won’t spend money where I am not acknowledged."

"I’m sad. We really liked this store. Shop there often. I just dashed in to dress my teenage son, he’s playing an outdoor concert. It was so blooming hot, we were looking for a summer weight pant in a hurry that would look good on stage. He changed from his jeans to the pants we found there while I took the tag to check out. I dropped $200 on a single item, and another employee challenged me as we were leaving, demanded to know if we paid. Of course we paid. That was..one of the rudest, most humiliating moments in recent memory. I can’t imagine why I would ever go back."
