"I visit this location about 2-3 times a month and I'm always very impressed with the staff. Anna and the Manager are always fast and friendly."
"I would give negative stars if I could! Jay Singh who owns the store is completely rude and refused to give our order after paying online! we came to pick our online order up and we had free burger coupons and he just straight up said no to giving us our 7 burgers and fries which we paid for too! Denied giving us any receipt and told us to get out of his driveway! Never ever saw someone own a franchise who doesn’t even know customer service nor how to honor the deal we placed through online app. If he didn’t want to honor deal why would they let us order so many burgers?"
"This place is such a let down, i came bc there was nothing else open at the time and i rolled up to the window. I tried to order something and they said it wasnt available so i asked about a sandwich and asked if it had bacon, they said no, i said are you sure they said yes, so i come home and open and my sandwich is only bacon, i can't eat bacon, and i tried to call and i got sent to voicemail twice, will not return and got robbed, unless you have no dignity left, do not come EDIT: the taco that came with the order was just a super stale tortilla with lettuce inside. Jack in the box is a joke a i dont respect Anyone who likes it"
"Let me ask you this. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU SERVE TACOS WITH NO MEAT IN THEM?!! Went here on July 8th to order some tacos to go and when I got home and opened them up, ONLY TWO OF THEM HAD MEAT!!!! I circled them in the attached photo. On top of that, they looked like they were burnt almost to a crisp! HOW CAN YOU FORGET THE MEAT? THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!!! I will be reporting this location to the corporate office tomorrow and will be sending them this picture. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I ended up going to another Jack in the Box to order some replacement tacos, as this location was not worth the hassle for me to go back to return them."
