"The last 3 time we have been “same lady” always tells me I did not order a drink. The first time she made me pay for another drink. Tonight the combo was ordered with a Dr Pepper. Get to the window and she tells me that she asked if I wanted a drink with the combo and I said no. 1. That never happened. 2. The combo comes with a drink and o clearly said what I wanted, she gave me the total and I drove to the window. Nor will she even give you a receipt and will tell you it’s too late I can not print. I think k she uses receipts and does refunds and pockets money or something."
