"Denny's is great as always. In comparing the same dishes as in Raleigh, I want to note the quality of the steak. He was great in Raleigh, amazing in Houston. I like the vegetable dip better in Raleigh. But in any case, the price-quality ratio and service are worthy of the highest praise. It was a little noisy, but it's one of the few places to eat on Christmas Day."

"It was Christmas morning and Danny’s was almost the only place working. We visited the place on our way to Corpus Christi. Nice atmosphere, quiet music, friendly staff. As usual we ordered T-bone, double cheeseburger and lava cookie. And as usual everything was great. T-bone stake was nearly perfect. Coffee could be better. And of cause we visited the place on our way back to Houston as it was Jan 1st."

"Want to give the cook Jose 5 stars tonight on his hard work working alone in the kitchen. He out did him self. The servers on the other hand can’t brag about. The server took our drink order and made us wait 15 minutes to get our drinks, it took us an hour to get our food, as I sat at the table I watched other orders sit on the counter for over 15 minutes even after the waiter checked it. We ordered an appetizer and I watched as it was placed on the counter the server saw it and walked away, the awesome cook Jose brought it out to our table himself. The servers tonight showed no kind of team work."

"Today me and my family had went to sit down and eat here and our waiter came and asked what our drinks were so we told him and he went and got them. He came back and gave me my drink and as soon as he put the cup down he dropped 2 drinks and one got all over my 1 year old son. I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was a child if not younger and that has never happened there or at any restaurant really. I understand it was an accident but something needs to happen, not firing the waiter because again it was an accident but better train him or something. You didn’t lose a customer yet because I love the French toast but please get it together."
