"Great Shopping Experience!! 110% VIP treatment! The knowledgeable representatives at this LOFT location successfully display their clothing options in a neat and orderly manner, while keeping the tone light, casual and friendly- The opposite of stuffy! Not only are the merchandise displays uniquely presented to attract onlookers, the LOFT representatives have an amazing talent of making everyone who enter the door feel very welcome and special. Sadly, this level of attentive care is a rare gem to be found in our modern society. At LOFT in Highland Village TX, however, I felt as if I had my own team of stylists working in tandem to help me accentuate my current fashion tastes. I typically enjoy contemporary, classic clothing styles, and Emmy, Kristen and Cynthia helped me to create new, unique wardrobe choices, while keeping my traditional foundation. Shopping at this LOFT location provided me with a sense of confidence regarding my new closet choices. My visit was a "true, in-store shopping pleasure." Keep up the good work, everyone! I enjoy "real" people helping me in person, opposed to online ordering, any given day- Every woman deserves to be treated as a VIP in person at least once in life!! I will shop LOFT at this location anytime, thanks to sales representatives, anytime and always.14 stars out of 10 in my book! A definite MUST VISIT!"

"The last 2-3 visits I made to the Loft in Highland village weren’t exactly the best experience. The first two times I though maybe they were having an off day or busy working. Today I went in and was not greeted as the following two people who came in were. I heard the girls check in, tell the sales, and greet other women who came in or was already shopping. They were very bubbly when speaking to the other women but not quite sure why I was there for 15 minutes and was not spoken to until I was walking into the fitting room. Once I walked to the cash register, the sales associate was friendly but from start to finish that was 1/3 of my experience."

"Loft is an excellent store to shop; however, Highland Village Loft customer service stinks, at least for me! I shopped there on Sunday, May 2, 2021. No one, I mean not one associate, greeted me (though they were standing near the door when I entered), or at no time did anyone ask me if they could assist me with something, start a room for me, nothing. I was so tempted to walk out, but I needed a couple of tops. OMG, 2 of the associates watched me walk around. They were even whispering between the two of them while watching me. I felt so violated. Highland Village, TX Loft, I am done with you!"

"Bad customer service. Went in with a few friends to find a dress for work and was stared up and down and not spoken to once despite being looked in the eyes by multiple employees. An older woman specifically was just incredibly passive and made us feel uncomfortable and did not want to be in the store. We all looked at each other after walking out and said we all felt very uncomfortable and like the associates were rude. Won’t be going back!"

"I have shopped here a few times and each time has been a great experience. The associates are attentive and nice. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my most recent visit was subpar from the service I normally receive. One of the associates was very pushy about the credit card even after I told her no thank you several times. When she finally got the hint, she treated me as though I was a bother to her. I understand there are quotas they have to meet but do this without making your customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase and will continue to shop at Loft. I will probably just think twice about coming to this location so I don't get pressured."
