"Would leave a negative 5 if possible. Service “Director” is unprofessional and condescending. I observed that EVEN before I had a conversation with him. Not sure why Volvo tolerates his demeanor and unprofessionalism. He talks down to his own people and TRIED that with me. It was a heated discussion and he had no intentions of making things right initially. He took me to the point that had it gone further I was prepared to strike him! Looking forward to my next service! This is the LAST Volvo i purchase since this is not the first unprofessional incident(s). All due to your service department. No customer service tack."
