"I love this store but the fact that there is a line that fills the whole store (probably100+ people!!!!!!) leaves me no choice but to go somewhere else and make a purchase. I know that in Dallas they have people walking around with the little portable check out units so maybe you should look into that or hire more people. Very disappointed."

"I shop here way too often and always find something, that is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1.. Tonight I had a bad customer service experience and as someone who has frequented Nordstrom since 2003, I have really noticed a decline in customer service across the board. Earlier I called about making an exchange, because the shoes I purchased were defective. The left shoe was visibly a size smaller than the right, even though they were both marked as the same size. The manager said to bring them in so they could look at them and take care of it. Immediately the cashier took them to another associate ( I hope not a manager given her unprofessionalness -white hair lady) and she started yelling across 4 people between she & I that returns at not allowed at all once an item was worn. I tried to explain that I normally wouldn't but the shoes were defectively sold to me and really i just wanted the left shoe replaced. It is completely unprofessional to have that kind of conversation yelled over other customers and associates, making me look like I'm trying to pull one over on Nordstrom or something. They returned it, did not say thank you and the other lady came up to my cashier and I can tell she immediately was bad mouthing me as I walked away."

While the store is clean, It's really clearance store, their product look like the ones you could find in Marshal / TJ Maxx for a better price. their products are more of a low quality and outdated. Their cheapest products are also pricey for the quality."
