"The "Manager" was very rude... I shop here often never seen him before!! The managers before him were awesome.. I tried to return some items today.. he was very unprofessional.. he kept making excuses why he couldn't return my items.. then did some stereotyping.. which was rude.. all he kept saying was he was "trained for this type of stuff".. he didn't wanna except my items because they were from Rue 21 in Alrington.. I will not shop here again until he is replaced with a better and more professional manager... I'm sorry that you work at Rue sir...."

"The cashier allowed people keep shopping while we waited to checkout. Their things were partially rung up but then they stopped to go to the other side and continue to shop. The cashier even went to another part of the store to show them something else. We waited and waited. Then my daughter and i put our things back and walked out. I won't ever go back to this store. Couldn't figure out why the staff at several of these business in this plaza were acting like everyone was a thief.... My husband later told me it was in the hood. Nice plaza but bad workers who stereotype."
