Captain D's

"Don't get me wrong I like captain D's but the cashiers here have an attitude and make ordering food so unpleasant. I ordered food today (and I often order form here) and I specifically pleaded for my food to be very fresh and very hot, and when the food came out it was barely room temperature. With the prices at captain D's being what they are, I at least expect fresh and hot food. Everything about this location is unpleasant. The cook, especially, has an attitude. Before I left, I reminded the cashier to please next time mention to the cook that the food be hot and fresh (as I had constantly pleaded 3x), and as I was leaving I most certainly could hear the cook getting snappy with "don't come back here again". I get it; it's a minimum wage job, but I am not expecting much, just basic decency from a food service place and the food to be cooked properly. I am not asking for a 5 star restaurant service! I don't usually write reviews, but I've never had such horrendous experience like this in a fast good place in all my life. The only person I would say is decent there is the bald man (which I assume is a manager ). Hopefully they can find better work attitude/ethic even for a fast food place or they can find more competent people for those positions."

"I went here Thursday night because I wanted fish so bad I got the 2 pc catfish dinner, I pulled to the drive-thru to see the cashier & a guy in a white hoodie sharing a vape. I wanted to ask for a manager but figured with them vaping right in front of a customer no manager could have been there. This made it even worse my food was not eatable so I threw 12.41 in the trash. I will never be back!"

"10/18/23 Cashier “Araceli” was super rude for no reason at all. Food was pretty bad too. I’ve visited this location a couple of times before and it was just okay, at least the service was good. Much better value pretty much anywhere else for almost $20."

"The lady “Genera” as per the receipt had the worst attitude just coming in. The service was horrible i wont be coming back. I felt racially hated when she treated me different, was more rude towards me than other customers. There was a sign up at the register saying that they award free fish and fries when you purchase a $25 gift card. She said they didn't do gift cards in a rude manner. And then said that they didn't do Captain d’s rewards either. I asked her for a number for higher up and she hasn't given it to me"

"The only Captain D's near me without going to Alvin or Katy. There used to be one in Stafford next to the Walmart on W. Airport & 59. I was totally bummed when it closed. Ergo, this Rosenberg location better stay put until the Lord's Second Coming! Anyway, I had an obsessive craving for Captain D's exquisitely made fish and hush puppies, so here I am! The drive thru was fast even though it was lunch time. Try coming here during Lent. Oh Lawdy!"
