"This Ross has been a mess lately when I shop here… some rude staff, messy store, clothes and other things were on the floor with the hangers too smh recently I walked in was greeted by a old lady at the front but when I saw a Hispanic guy walked in, she greeted him but he didn’t answer so she was being a bit rude asking him “do you know English?” I overheard her and thought she shouldn’t have acted like that even tho he didn’t answer her! This place needs to hire more cashiers cause it was a lot of people in line close to closing time and only one person open then another girl didn’t open her line till the last minute!!"
"I don't usually shop at this location. However, I wish people would stop picking up items they don't want putting items back every where, dropping/pulling things off the shelf, letting their kids touch, pull, and play with items. This makes the store look unorganized and sometimes filthy. They just lost my business because I turn around and go somewhere else. Overall, I give them a B- because I sometimes see the store Rep trying to tidy and put things back right."
