"Food is delicious. Service associates were courteous and welcoming. Corporate: paper bags that are used for large orders DO NOT hold the weight of 2 footlongs and 1 six inch sandwich let alone 3 bottled sodas; my suggestion for solution, go back to plastic or use recycled plastic bags. Thank you"

"Would give a zero if possible. Same rude woman others are talking about is who I encountered. I ordered online and with the promo code it said I owed 21.16, but my bank was charged the amount before the promo code. I went in to explain & she was dismissive & rude. Told me she wouldn't adjust the price, so I asked to just cancel the order because I wasn't paying $9 more to get the same exact order. She said well you won't get your money back for 3 business days (like that would affect my decision), I said fine. Why does she still work here? Do the owners not read the reviews? I'll never come back as long as she works there. The customer is always right & she could care less about customer satisfaction, or if people come back or not. This location just lost ANOTHER customer."

"I wish I could give a zero but since I can't I will give 1 star. I have never been around such rude and unprofessional staff. I had a female employee with a nose ring continue to speak to me rude and degrading. I will never set foot in this establishment again. I review so many food establishments and this is by far the worst. My food was not even correct but it's probably cause the worker was so set out on being rude than doing her job."

"Went in at 7:45pm and all the chairs were on tables, and wanted to dine in-but some girl comes out from around the corner and tells us to leave because the lobby is closed and confirmed that yes they’re open until 10pm but not the lobby."
