"More pricey than I like to pay because the portion sizes don’t match the cost, but the taste of the food was delicious. A nice patio atmosphere for warm and chilly days. The patio is covered and there are heaters outside. The bananas foster was delicious, a bit too sweet to finish alone but very tasty. Only open brunch hours."

The ambiance was inviting, and the service was impeccable throughout. The menu boasts an impressive array of dishes, all made with locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and it was evident that the chef's passion and expertise shone through in every dish. Whether you're a fan of classic favorites or eager to try something new, The Rooted Fork offers a culinary journey like no other. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience!"
"This unique breakfast spot was an unexpected delight! The portion sizes were very generous. The food came out hot and delicious. The service friendly, inviting, attentive. They went above and beyond for My parents who enjoy their coffee scalding hot. They made fresh americanos for them so the coffee was extra hot for them. The staff checked on us twice while seated at the table. I hope to be back tomorrow with the rest of my family!"
"Ate here after craving Benedict (haven’t tried to master it myself. The parking lot designated for the establishment is small but there is a larger parking lot across the street from it that has tons of parking. You can sit inside, outside on the porch, or outside on their lawn. Just be aware that it looked like the lawn could be a bit muddy if it rained heavy the day/night before. Took awhile to order, came on a Sunday around 11-12. They didn’t have any lattes or specialty coffees to order only regular coffee. They seemed to run out of certain things fast they ran out of banana foster while I was there. It too a little bit to get my food, but I expected that since the kitchen looked small and they were busy. I forgot to get picture of the food before I dug into it. There are train tracks very nearby and the trains have to toot their horns so got to hear that. I sat on the porch so it wasn’t loud for me but people on the lawn didn’t seem to be flinching at the sound. Dogs are welcome on their lawn, not sure about their porch. You must go inside to order your food though, and the prices are a bit high, but it’s a cute place."
