"Bought a fridge from this business in December of 2021. Was under the impression it was a new fridge. Compressor died within 2 years so I called Samsung to use the 10 year warranty but the serial number had been labeled “refurbished” so no warranty. This company used to be called “smart buy appliances”. Same employees and location but they claim to have new owners who will not help out with products sold under their old company name. Be careful dealing with this company, you are buying refurbished appliances with no OEM warranty. Buyer beware."
