"This was my first time ordering from this place. I’m only posting because I already called the restaurant to try to remedy this matter. I placed an order over the phone for 2 thai teas with brown sugar boba. I’ve order this plenty of times in my lifetime at plenty of other cafes. I know what the balls look like. What I got was clear balls. I know how funny this sounds and thinking it was an honest mistake I called and let them know I have clear balls in my drink and the lady told me they should be brown, I let her know mine were clear and she said no they are brown and I said no the ones in my drink are clear and there was a pause she said oh that’s brown sugar boba. I know the wrong balls went into my drink and a mistake is a mistake but she didn’t have to lie and about these clear balls being brown sugar boba."

"Solid 4 star place The flavors are really really good. I've tried the thai, taro, vanilla and almond flavored milk teas. The tapioca doesn't seem to get stirred when cooked or something because there's always big chunks of them stuck together, making it hard to drink them all through the straw. Sometimes the service is really slow, but it's just because they are understaffed and overworked. I tried online ordering once and the order didn't go through. FYI. Last time I went, though, the customer service was good and I got my drinks quickly."

"So I would normally give this kind of place one star. But, the fact of the matter is, the drinks were amazing. We got the banana and strawberry smoothie. So, we order our drinks, two of them, then the lady at the register took the orders of four other people after us. Then, she went to the back to get help. We sat there for thirty minutes before we got our drink. They did have some uno cards and connect for to pass the time. But thirty minutes is ridiculous."
