"Tired of asking for extra ice to get 1 inch of ice in my cup. Yall should understand that extra ice mean just that. Fill the dang cup up and to heck with your automated setting excuse. It's just an excuse, get an ice scoop and fill my dang cup all the way with ice."
"1st time using the app with curbside, we ordered and within 2 min we were in spot 2, it was 9 min to get our food, we ordered 1 big Mac meal and 1 - 1/4 meal, so not a big order at all, would have been much faster just to go through the drive thru cause the car we would have been behind was long gone before we received our food. Is this normal?"
"I would leave zero stars if it would let me. Have been inside this location many many times as I live in town. Stood at the front counter for more than 10 minutes without being acknowledged even though multiple employees walked by. Finally, I got tired of waiting and left. Wish I could say this was the first time, but sadly, it is not. Have been in location while employees were arguing and cussing. Witnessed management degrading an employee in front of customers. I could go on and on. Do better bastrop. Do better. I just want to get some food without it taking 30 minutes and without wading through drama!"
"I like the interior of 22 years ago much better…. New, cool an automated is not always better. Very impersonal atmosphere with the new remodel… the drive-through needs to keep moving instead of being jammed up, making it difficult to get off the street. I’m glad there is a McDonald’s in Bastrop !"
"Dining room being remodeled. That means you won't be able to get your own drinks. You will wait for someone to get you a refill. During rush hour, it will be five minutes! WARNING!"
