Then called them a few months later to see if they had the same things so I could buy more. They sent me pics of what they had in stock and shipped them out right away after they let me pay over the phone right then and there. Next time I'm in Fort Worth I will be stopping by again!"

"The salesman very helpful in helping me find a new shirt and tie and finding a tailor to have some alterations done for an upcoming interview. The reason for the negative review is because of the lack of transparency when asking about their return policy in case my suit wasn’t ready (I asked because the shirt I had bought was too long for the suit as it currently was). When I asked about the policy the salesman redirected and stated that the tailor would have it done in time. My fault for not asking again, but I believe staff should be upfront and direct. The owner stated that he would talk with the staff, but wouldn’t give me a refund (only in store credit, unhelpful because I’m from out of town)."
