Especially ROBERT, he is an awesome human being, that goes above and beyond for O'Reilly customers. Today I really needed the help and he came thru. This man deserves a raise or lots of tips from customers that he helps all the time!!"

"Hadn’t been to this store, I go to the competition across the street, I decided to try them , had a battery that needed charging, walked in two girls behind the counter, I asked do you charge batteries, they both looked at each other confused, they called out for a seasoned employee, he answered yes we charge batteries, bring it in he also told me do you want a quick charge or a slow charge, so I knew the guy new what he was talking about, went to the car and back in with battery in hand, seasoned employee gone , but another guy behind the counter, he said kindly you want to charge the battery, I said yes, he tagged my battery asking me for my name, he said you can just leave it there, seasoned employee came back out and said it would be ready in a couple of hours ,I felt good at that point, I came back in 8 hours later, I walked in one what looked like upset employee, line of about 8 people, I looked at the counter and there sat my battery, same place I sat it when I got there 8 hours ago, , I asked the employee if I could take my battery I had my ticket, he said well if it’s yours take it, got home and like I thought the battery had never been touched , as much as I hate to I guess I’ll continue to go to your competition, you missed making a new customer, I saw no legendary customer service Tom still with a dead battery"
