"I would not go here to rent. It's a waste of time. I tried to get some furniture through them. They would not lease to me because they said my husband had a debt to them which is discrimination because I have rented through them in the past and there was no problem and now all of a sudden I tried to rent furniture through them and they tell me I can't because of my husbands account my account is completely separate from his account the GM told us it would be no problem to lease in my name and we were told by corporate to go to a different store because the Denton store was very rude and would not lease to us do not waste your time here"

"Horrible services I called to place an order and was given the run around I was told my item was order but it wasn’t order correctly. The employee was rushing me off the phone and order the wrong. Item. I called back to speak with the manager Leo he was no help at all he gave me the run around he told me he would help me find a king mattress and get it delivered the same day he never called back as promised. I found the item in the colony and ask could they transfer the mattress to the Lewisville store he said will tell Leo to call he never called me back that day or the next day. I decided to reach out to the Carrollton store and I was provided great services and I have now requested to transfer my account .I will not refer this location to anyone. Horrible services ."

"Terrible customer service. I went in and applied for a sectional set. The sales manager Josh or something similar let me know that the couch was still in stock and in fact would be able to be delivered in a few days and that someone would reach out to me to set up delivery time. I came in the store i was greeted found the couch on my own and the entire time he was sitting on his phone saying okay this okay that. Totally unattended the entire time being there. Few days fly by i sell my old couch expecting my new one. I called to check in. Conveniently Josh or whatever the guys name is was not there. The person is accounts management told me he could not find any of my information in there system. Also the grey sectional with swivel was out of stock now. This is unacceptable. No one has reached out to me since. I went to Bellas furniture got a couch delivered the next day. Employees should follow up and give accurate information and be attentive especially since i was the only customer in at that time. Poor customer service poor experience if i could give this store 0 stars i would."
