"The food quality has unfortunately declined. The bottomless fries are not readily available unless specifically requested, and the burgers have significantly deteriorated. It would be greatly appreciated if the food could be served hot upon arrival and if the servers could be more attentive to customers' needs rather than requiring constant requests. The restaurant is quite crowded, and the number of servers seems insufficient. I kindly suggest a return to the traditional burger style and ensuring a continuous supply of fries to satisfy customers who enjoy them. *I contacted Red Robin today, as per their request, and unfortunately, no resolution was achieved. It was an unproductive use of time."

"Food and staff are amazing. My only gripe is the parking lot. There is a spot on the far left side of the entrance. It dips then elevates. I tripped on that, dropped my food, and was holding my sons hand. It was a disaster. Please level the parking lot evenly."

"UPDATE GOT IN CONTACT WITH THEM AND THEY SENT OUT 2 ENTREE COUPONS. THAT WAS NICE OF THEM. NOT SURE IF ID GO BACK REGARDLESS OF THE COUPONS SEEING HOW WE SPENT OVER $100. THANK YOU RED ROBIN THOUGH. THAT WAS KIND OF YOU. We went for late lunch, so it wasn't busy. Waited 15 min for a table. We ordered our food and the kids corn dogs were dark. Kind of like the oil didn't get changed or they left them in the fryer a little too long. Super greasy. We got our burgers and we were not impressed at all. The only good thing we had was the fries and sauce. Server was super cool but other then that, would not go back. Especially when they served their burgers with a side of hair."

"Came in with a large party and was seated very quickly. Food was good and the fries kept on coming. Ate at least 4 basket's of fries. Sun lemonade was delicious. Recommend you stop in if you're in the area."

"My second time here. I had the chicken wrap- Delish!! My babe had the bbq chicken burger. Motz sticks were amazing! Service was great. Gina is a great server. She deserves a raise!"
