"Everything is locked up like you’re shopping in the ghetto, and then you can’t get anyone who works there to help you because everyone needs an employee to be able to buy anything, but they don’t have enough staff. Save yourself a trip and just order from Amazon and get it the next day. The only reason to go to a Best Buy is to get something same day, but they make it too difficult to get anything quickly. Also, their merchandising is trash and so you can’t find things quickly, there isn’t good stock levels, and things aren’t arranged neatly."
