"Ordered a daybed with trundle. Trundle never came after I was told it would be in within 2 weeks at max. It’s been over a month and big lots called last week to tell me they can’t get the trundle and I can have THE BROKEN DISPLAY! I have called them trying to resolve this multiple times but they do not care. They managers are very unprofessional and rude and have been no help anytime I call. Save your money and do not go to this unorganized location"
