"If I could give ZERO stars I would for their pick up order area. I placed an order that stated after 11 am you could pick it up. I arrived and checked in via the app at 5:17 pm today (3/3/24). After 10 minutes of waiting I finally called the pick up number. The man that answered was a bit brass and rushed me off the phone with someone will be out there. I could not get a chance to even say it has been 10 minutes or anything. He asked for my name and responded coldly and impatiently. No apology for their delay or anything. In fact I think because I called I ended up waiting even longer as other customers who arrived after me was serviced before me. I ended up chatting with an online rep who also called to check the status of my order. After 36 minutes someone finally arrived. This is not the first time I have received poor customer service from this location. Horrible and disappointing. I think I will either go to another location or just shop with Target or HEB only."

"I shop here very frequently. I started going to another Walmart & after my amazing experience there, I will only be going to this one if I have to. Whether for convenience of being on the way home or just a quick stop or what have you, but it will no longer be my go to store."
