"Recently I went in to purchase a new belt and the young lady that was there was very helpful even though she was extremely busy showing me where the belts were located and answering all my questions etc. However upon going to the register it was a was a very different experience. Another young lady who is kind of short and snotty when I asked could she cut off the attachment to the belt so I can wear it out of the building she said she didn't have any scissors or tools To cut the attachment off. Fortunately the other young lady that previously helped me immediately grabbed a pair of scissors right near where the other lady was and just gave her a look of come on now! Otherwise I would have given them a 5 Star review but the second lady attitude justifies only a 3 star review."

"Wife likes it, I stay in the truck with the dog! She finds about 50% what she's looking for. Good prices though. She looks here first."

"A Spanish speaking cashier bullied my mother into getting a credit card from here even though she repeatedly told her she did not want one and wanted to pay in cash. My mother only speaks Spanish and the cashier was extremely persistent. We just came to return the items and plan to cancel the credit card. This is very frustrating and sad. Who knows how many other people this has happened to. This is very poor behavior."

"This store has the most helpful associates on the floor that I've ever seen! This location has lots to choose from for women, men, and children. I personally shop the spa area and toiletries. Especially the clearance section which has even more reduced awesome prices on Biosilk, The Body Shop, and Bedhead! They have great make-up deals and accessories. Love the shoe and purse departments also."
