"Had the absolute best experience the other day with Sofia! As someone who struggles with jean shopping and finding the right pair, it can be frustrating sometimes! The second I walked into American Eagle, Sofia immediately took the time out of her day to stop and help me figure out what size I was as well as providing me with a BUNCH of options to try on as well. If it weren’t for her caring as much as she does and loving her job as much as she does, I wouldn’t have found the perfect jeans like I was able to. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!! Never have I had such an an amazing experience coming to American Eagle until I met Sofia. She is the kind of person who you can tell loves her job and loves making the people who walk in the store feel good about themselves!! She is a prime example of what quality customer service looks like and you guys should take notice of it!!!"

"Lauren (with the purple hair) was amazing, and went above and beyond. We have had a horrible time finding a swimming suit for my daughter, but she went in the back and brought out an entire box of small one pieces for here to try and it was a success! I really appreciated how kind she was and that she went the extra mile. Only reason it didn't get a 5 star was because I wished there were more 1 pieces that didn't have cut outs and weren't super low cut and our security tag was left on as we were leaving the store and we had to go back, but we will definitely be back to try again when we need something :)"
