"I eat here at least once a week. Was very disappointed this evening with my take out order. The drinks were watered down and tasteless, the fries were cold and mostly crumbs and both containers of mac n cheese were only half full. At least the chicken nuggets were hot. It wasn't that busy and there were trainees being taught the ropes, which is why it was so much more disappointing. Could have done much better! Teach your newbies better!"

"Service was unusually rude, the lady was not helpful nor patient with the mix up about my free ice cream reward on my mobile order. And to top it off they got my order wrong. Do better, and good luck to everyone if you end up getting the wannabe mean girl."

"I ordered a $60 tray of nuggets. We were really looking forward to it! We were very disappointed in them, they must have been over cooked? Very dry and crunchy, they were not the juicy tender nuggets that we were expecting. I probably will not being going back to Highland Village."

"As per usual, this place was great. Very rarely do I run into a problem with Chick-fil-A. Staff was friendly and they got our difficulty order correct. Love that about Chick-fil-A, they always make it right no matter how much we change things."

"Worst chick fil a I’ve been too. I’ve had lids not secured onto soup properly leak onto my car’s seats (requiring a trip to the dealership to have the seat removed and soup cleaned out and checked for shorted wiring). After that incident I stopped ordering any soup altogether. I leave almost every time without a straw for my drinks. And tonight left with a seat full of tea and a bag of cold food for my family after cleaning my car as thoroughly as I could before those seats got ruined again. The food always tastes as expected but the operation is severely lacking at this location. I don’t know if it’s the leadership or the employees under but it’s like there is no common sense. Unlikely I will be likely be back to this location after so many issues. I also feel it’s important to address why I went back after the incidents…my kids and I love chick fil an and the only other one is probably 3x the distance that this one is."
