"Sharing a very positive experience of my first time (and won't be the last) at the Cotton Patch, Flower Mound, TX. Dined with a friend the evening of 2/24/24. The entire staff was so helpful, courteous and friendly. Reallllly made the experience easy - and memorable. Had Chicken Fried Chicken, very well prepared and tasty. They did not skimp on the portion size either. I must highly commend our delightful server, Darian E., who went above and beyond to provide premier customer care. She obviously loves what she does. I called over her manager, Jeffrey H., (who was equally congenial and professional) so I could alert him with how great Darian was. This all really made a difference. I recommend this restaurant as a friendly neighborhood gem, reasonably priced and where guests are welcomed like family!"

"This restaurant took very good care of me. I ordered a salad which they brought out before my meal and I got to enjoy before my food came. The Chicken fried chicken was cooked just to my liking. Another thing to add was my server was very attentive and even got me a refill before asking. You could tell they were super busy but still payed attention. The manager even came around and asked how I was doing! I would rate a 10/10 for sure."

"PROs: Great location. Nice, friendly & attentive service. No wait time to be seated. CONs: It lacked cleaniness. Sticky menus. The metal decor table emitted a metallic smell. The 2nd batch of catfish was mostly fried crumbs. And the cheese dip was overly spicy. The waitress unfortunately stated there was no other option to compensate or switch out the cheese dip. I didn't recall the menu stating it was 'spicy' cheese dip. My husband (who likes spicy food) even stated something wasn't right with it and it was extremely spicy. I didn't finish it."

"The food was prepared well. We got there right before the dinner rush. Our waitress was great. She came by several times and always asked if we needed anything else. We were seated by the kitchen, though, and we could overhear another waitress seemingly constantly yelling at the poor kitchen staff... that's why no five stars. I think people might have been frustrated because they ran out of fried pickles and mashed potatoes. We didn't mind, but it was one of the things the waitress was yelling about. They have a house made ranch, which was really good. It came with the mac and cheese bites, and I got it on my salad. I also enjoyed the unsweetened raspberry tea!"
