"Way understaffed store and way too much stuff crammed together, was impossible to look at anything. The wait to check out was extremely long but understandable due to the holidays."
"the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. they should be checking every 30 minutes if it needs to be cleaned. toilet paper everywhere poopy diapers falling out of the little trash cans, and the cans were full over flowing with trash."
"I love TJ Maxx! Black Friday was off the chain, and the place was packed. I have always found what I went for here. It was very crowded but still an ok experience. A make or break thing for me, customer service. The employees were pleasant and helpful, and I can only imagine the stress they might have been feeling. Came out with Christmas decorations. I didn't know I needed, and what I went for, so I consider it a successful trip."
"My 1st time in this store I was waiting @ the jewelry counter n waiting for sometime I was n a white lady walked up , a few minutes later the clerk came n right away she asked the white lady can she help her , I'm black , the lady said she was here 1st see, OK today I went in n I was purchasing 2 backpack the woman asked do I want the paper removed from the bag I said no she still tried to remove the paper n I know she heard me, I'm trying to do better about checking someone when I feel like you're racially driven I said it before I'm done with this store tjmaxx n I shop there alot never again that's just this one"
"Store has great items but thats where the greatness ends. Its always a mess, never see any managers helping just stressed overworked employees. We call this location tornado alley when we visit it on our way through. Should take some advice from its locations in Fort-Worth."
