"Extremely unprofessional staff. I stated I thought a return policy was silly (which is my opinion I'm allowed to have), asked for their names to document who I spoke to, and as I exited the store, I was yelled at by the staff members."
"Clothes are cute, prices are ok, customer service tonight (1/17) was lousy. One employee was outside smoking, the other inside, neither acknowledged me when I was shopping or when I left. I probably won't be back. With online shopping & lots of other competitors, customer service should be 1 of the top priorities!!"

"Walk up to the store was dirty and grimy. Not a great first impression. Once inside it was well laid out and easy to browse. Some one came within just a couple of minutes to offer her assistance. There wasn't a great selection though and I didn't find anything for the occasion I was shopping for."
