"I did gave them five stars first I bought the furniture and refrigerator with great reviews and now I’m updating this. Really bad experience, they sent a broken couch and when I spoke to them in store after calling many times, they blamed on the delivery company they have a contract with. My sales person promised me to get with the warehouse and send me another one, which they never did."

"The salesman was horrible, he followed us around even after telling him numerous times we would find him. We decided on our purchase and started paperwork. Delivery was set up and we headed out. Delivery day comes and our item was delivered undamaged, but we had a water line hose. I was charged for a hose for a fridge that had no water or ice option. So off to the store we go, the manager successfully removed the charge. I was then informed I was paying for conns insurance. At no point when purchasing was I asked if I had homeowners insurance or if I needed conns insurance. He just decided for us. After over an hour in the store the insurance was removed. Unfortunately I could not confront the employee that made these decisions for me. The employees that helped me and fixed everything were great, just beware and question everything."

"Went to get a washer and dryer at the N Richland Hills location, and I told them I wanted in stock. Picked out what I wanted but couldn't get over to Grand Prairie to pick up till Saturday. Was told by Stephen the manager they would hold for 14 days. Sure, no problem, only 4 days I go to pick up, and the dryer was given away. The manager, when I called, basically called me a liar, and I wasn't paying attention to what he was saying. A 15-minute transaction took almost an hour because he put stuff on the ticket I did not ask for. Then I wanted to purchase another item and was told a price then when I went to purchase it it not only went up but it went to the original cost????? Website says 97$ I was going to pay 179$, displayed price was 197$ but he wanted to charge me 232$ said it was not him but customer service that would not let him sale it. Then I was transferred to an automated line and he said that was his bosses line."

"I called to inquire about a bed and the credit policy. A sales associate spoke to me and gave me detailed information and I said I would come in to look at the items. I asked him his name and he said Jermie. I went in and the exceptional customer service continued. He sold me a bed and then I opted to get a bedroom and there was even more patience and care in providing me with the best service ever. JERMIE"
