"If i could give zero stars i would. Y’all about unprofessionlism! I spoke with the manager (supposedly) who is also the person that took my payment for my order. I specifically told dude i had somewhere to be by 3pm and i couldn’t do the 3-5 delivery! Because he wanted the sale soooo bad he stated he will squeeze me in he gave me 10-1. He said the store doesn’t open until 10 so really give 11-1 give or take 1:30 i said ok but if you’re not certain the delivery will make it then i can cancel this. He said it would be. Comes Saturday at 1:30 nothing i call him he gives me the runaround and calls his driver to call me which he said it would be 330 before he could come. Livid and all i called the store all evening and could never get back through. I called today for the “manager” to not know what I’m talking about and then tells me 1-3 isn’t a big difference!! He said he will call me back i told him his drivers aren’t the problem he is the issue they had nothing to do with his mess up! He was money hungry and greedy and the least he could’ve done was tried to make it right by refunding my delivery fee considering it was missed by a whole 2 hours.I missed a function because i had someone unprofessional that only cared about money! I will make sure i tell everyone to how poorly i was treated and to go elsewhere for anything needed!!! It’s a rip off and he scammed me out a delivery that he knew wasn’t going to make it on time!!! He needs to be replaced!"
