"Context: I'm a photographer and went in looking for an outfit for a photoshoot. This is my experience from my time visiting the store and interaction with workers. 1. Appearance: At first appearance, I couldn't tell apart the customer from the employees. For this being a women's fashion store, the employees I saw where all wearing t-shirts and jeans; hair in pony tail and no make up. 2. Customer Service: I was looking a specific outfit and had a photo as reference. When I asked the girl if they carried anything similar, the girl just pointed, "the jackets are over there." When I asked if she could show me, she just rolled her eyes and gave the impression that she was annoyed by my request. She proceeded to walk to the location and point out the rack. "Pants are there. Jackets are over there." ZERO customer service. 3. Overall Impression: The store overall impression of the store was not great.. store looked dead, no music, and clothing was just all random; a stark contrast from when this was A'gaci. If you do go, do not expect a great shopping experience."
