"Love my local torrid. Great staff. They are always so helpful and never judge you."
"Visited today for the first timen. I didn't get the names of the 2 ladies that were there today but their customerservice was great. Very helpful and polite, and made you feel important. I will admit the prices are a bit much for me but they do have great sales. I'll most definitely be returning in the near future."
"The employees were super friendly and helpful letting me know all the specials in the store. Had a great first experience at this store location. I am positive I'll be visiting again."
"FINALLY!! A store in Brownsville that is inclusive to bigger sizes. As a plus-sized woman, I feel like there aren’t many stores that cater to women like me. That was until I visited Torrid, the employees there are so welcoming and make me feel confident in my purchases. I’m so glad there’s finally a store that makes me feel gorgeous. One of the employees, Diego is my absolute favorite!!!! Much love to this store and it’s employees❤️❤️❤️"
"If I could give 0 starts I would! This store hired employees & said it was “seasonal”, just to get the store ready for opening day then let those who helped set up go before they even had a chance to work while the store was actually open. They literally got to work like one week only. Then they had the audacity to let people go through message not even in person!"
