"Long wait on the weekends for mediocre brunch. I choose the breakfast sandwich per the waitresses recommendation. The calories were not worth it in my opinion. Potato hash looked amazing so I had to get it! I was a bit disappointed, could have been crispier and lacked a bit of flavor. The drinks were great! Variety of pressed juices and the tea was awesome."

"We came on Saturday around 12:30 and waited 15min for a table. The ambiance is beautiful but a bit loud. We got a nitro cold coffee and a oat latte which were amazing. For food we got the egg roti and ricotta hotstacks. Both were absolutely perfect. The egg roti was spicy with the chili oil and eggs were cooked perfectly. The roti was crisp and felt well paired. The hotstacks were not too sweet and the thyme oil was a nice touch with the fresh cream. Highly recommend."

And on my work visit to Austin after a long period of 4 years due to COVID, I was finally able to get to know Proud Mary's work; and I must say that its reputation is up to par and it fulfilled all my expectations. The place is spacious, the atmosphere is modern and pleasant, all the staff is very friendly and helpful to answer all your questions. The quality of the food and the desserts go hand in hand with the coffee they serve. I dare say they are one of the top 3 roasters in the United States. The information on the specialty coffee they serve includes even the smallest detail of traceability (farm, producer, type of bean, drying process, and coffee notes). It is a must visit for specialty coffee lovers."
