"ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS WHATABURGER!!! Jaedan at the front counter was so helpful. Also, Akayla and David are also. Honestly, overall, their staff is amazing. I've been to this location countless times, and yes, they may mess up every once in a blue moon, but if you actually bring the issue to their attention, they will fix the issue without hesitation."

"I dont usually leave bad reviews….until I have to. I’ve been to this location about 5 times the last year, but no more. The service is horrible. Even if you order online, add 30 minutes to your pickup time, even in off hours. The food itself is prepared in the poorest fashion. The beef Is extremely dry, the vegetables, if they do manage to even add them are sparse and old. EVERY SINGLE ORDER I’ve placed has been messed up, from wrong sodas, no add-ons, missing fries, you name it. This place is disgraceful. The only consistent thing about them is the 15 min wait time per car and messed up orders."

"Had an employee provide rude customer service, so I spoke with me manager. MICHAEL took care if the issue immediately and never wavered from what he said he would do. It was refreshing to see a manager actually take care of business. The food is awesome as always. This time it was more satisfying to see someone take care of employees who run down businesses. I will return to this location again as I or my wife always does when we feel like Whataburger. I will love seeing the results of a Manger that cares about his employees and his customers. Thank you Michael. I hope the employee understands that even if you're having a bad day you still need to fake it till you make it off shift."

"Greeted by Bryan immediately upon approaching Counter with a smile with great eye contact. Politely Asked to take my order no awkward silence and staring contest. Verified my order and worked with a sense urgency but clear communication."

"I ordered online drove to Ennis checked in, 35 min later no food came out, I called they said few more minutes 15 min later they brought my food I drove back home only to see the chicken strips looked old and greasy onion rings old and greasy as well I called they hung up on me I called again no one would pick up! Very disappointed and food is not cheap not to mention gas prices cause I don't live in town drove for a craving but craving not fulfilled! Food went in trash."
