"Honestly a little underwhelming considering all the hype. Pretty okay food but not a great value. All 4 member of my dining party felt the flavors were masked by an abundance of sodium. The burnt carrot was nice but the meatball sub might be the best deal of the day (although the balls left me belching an absolutely venomous aroma that evening). Rigatoni could have used a touch of something green like a sprinkling of parsley and after adding a pair of balls was $18. French Onion Soup was quite hearty but again, super salty. Hope the best for them just not my spot."

"Okay so first impressions?? I truly don't have words. Like honestly. I'm speechless trying to figure out how to describe the culinary rollercoaster I just went on and I have no idea what to say. When I tell y'all this is THE BEST BURGER I'VE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE?!?!?! IT IS NO EXAGGERATION. I've been wanting to try their Birria Burger for awhile, but it's a pop up item that's only on the menu sometimes. For whatever reason I thought about it today and lo and behold, they were selling it. So I hopped in the car and made that journey to Denton, which took an awhile, but it was absolutely worth every mile! I knew the burger was going to be good, but honestly, nothing could have prepared me for HOW good. I think the part that blew me away the most was how strong each part of the meal was, individually. The Birria meat is an insane blend of short ribs, chuck, bone marrow, and oxtails, then come the two smashed patties, with mozzarella cheese, pickled onions, a tostada, guacamole, and herb crema. EVERY INGREDIENT CAME CORRECT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!! The bun?? Perfectly soft and buttery with a slight toasted crunch. The Guacamole?? TOP TIER, SUPER FRESH. Could EASILY be served on its own with chips and be one of the best guac's you've ever had!! Birria meat?? OUT OF THIS WORLD. BURGER?!?!? PERFECTLY COOKED AND SO WELL SEASONED!!! HERB CREMA?? INCREDIBLE!! PICKLED ONIONS?!?!? THE PERFECT FINISHING TOUCH. Then we move onto the potatoes and the aioli?? AMAZING!! The potatoes were so crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the aioli was so well balanced with a slight amount of sweetness and just omg!! I know I pretty much just wrote an entire book, but these emotions are FRESH and I truly don't know what else to do with myself!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't remember the last time I was this genuinely excited about food. I already have my sister on the way to make the journey to get herself one tonight because it's just THAT GOOD!! Anyway - TLDR - THEIR BIRRIA BURGER IS THE BEST BURGER ON THE PLANET. I hope this place stays open forever!! I will scream this from the rooftops!! 1000000000000/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Buddy told me about this place, and it didn't disappoint. Very selective menu, but I truly believe this is because they only focus on those certain items. I was correct. The food was a little pricey, but I did not mind eating great food. Loved it all. Very flavorful and perfect amount of spicy. Ingredients seem very fresh. The only complaint is that parking is very tight, especially having a full-size truck."

"Everything I’ve tried from Picone is delicious. The food is reasonably priced and the quality of the food is even better! Definitely one of my favorite spots in Denton. I love that they change the menu weekly but still keep a good amount of fan favorites available. Very excited to see what dishes they come up with for fall/winter."
