Domino's Pizza

"We just moved to this part of town from hickory Creek and this was our first time visiting this Domino's. Very disappointed, pizza was burned so bad you could taste it in every bite. We ordered thin crust and they cooked it like a Brooklyn style. The cheese was toasted to non existent... Hickory Creek never did us like that in the 7 years we lived there. My advice is avoid this Domino's and go to hickory Creek,or anywhere else."

"2nd time in a row they haven’t gotten the order correct. Hard to tell from the picture, but this pizza is dried out and was supposed to have unseasoned crust and extra cheese. Won’t be ordering from them again."

"So......the pictures are of a pizza that was requested WELL DONE and paid for extra toppings. Its not well done and the toppings are not doubled. My wife and I order pizza, from this same location, at least once or twice a month. I have even called and gone to the store a couple of times to get the issue resolved. Tonight makes 4 pizzas in a row that we ordered and they were not well done as we ordered. I understand that cheese on pizza is gooey but we order well done for a reason. Like another customer stated, we understand that mistakes happen but maybe if you give a little more attention to detail and give a couple of extra minutes to get the order right, maybe there wouldn't be so many unfavorable reviews. Just sayin'......."

"I have no idea why they added onions to this pizza. None of the three we ordered had onions in the order. We order every week and I get it, people make mistakes. After being put on hold for almost 10 minutes, they’d be happy to remake it. But they won’t deliver it. I have to spend my time, my ridiculously expensive fuel, and my vehicle to come pick it up for their mistake. That makes no sense to me. We won’t be using this store again."
