"On February 24th around 130PM, I was served raw chicken. They did offer me a refund which I accepted but I probably won’t go back which is a bummer because my son and I liked to get drinks while we did our laundry."
"I seriously paid $3.50 for this??? The cheese wasn't even melted either. A Chicken slinger is only a few cents cheaper and is worth more than this. Sonic needs to figure out proportions becuase this isn't on the kids menu."
"I always order on the app prior to arrival but often end up having to request things that were clearly requested on my order which is frustrating. Also have a problem with the iced coffee half of the time which is usually why I order. Too often it is far too sweet with too much syrup added."
"I ordered a LARGE limeade. I opened the top to make sure they squeezed the lime wedges and of course, they hadn't AND there was only 1 little lime wedge. Usually the medium limeade has at least 2. I tapped on the window and asked for more lime wedges and the attendant closed the window for a couple minutes (I guess she had to ask the manager permission for another one) then came back and told me it would cost $1.50 for another lime wedge! Uh... I can buy a small limeade complete with another lime wedge for $1.69! Makes no sense. Poor management and poor customer service!"
"This location has friendly staff and one even came out to assist with the order when the kiosk display was not working properly (would not allow us to leave a tip via the kiosk). The food was average - the hamburger did not taste fresh, like the patty had been sitting for some time. The Tater Tots left a greasy nasty taste after eating them. The cheese sticks and ice cream were great."
