"This had good reviews on Google, but it did not live up to the expectations those reviews provided. The service was great. Let me just say this up front. The complementary chips and salsa were good. They have a bean dip that was also good. My lunch companion had a taco salad off the lunch menu. Apparently, it was okay, but the meat lacked flavor and there wasn't a lot in the salad. He also said the shell wasn't stale, but didn't taste fresh. I opted for the enchiladas con mole. The mole sauce, and the rice and beans, were good. But the "enchiladas" were basically mini shredded chicken tacos folded over with some mole on top. It was not a traditional enchilada experience the way they do it in central and south Texas, that I'm used to. Maybe they have some other great options or specialties, but what we had was not representative of our expectations."

"Love, love their food!!! Great tacos, enchiladas, and beans!! Their salsa is fantastic. And their chicken tortilla soup is the best!!! It is my go-to comfort food. I actually ate it several days in a row to help me over some rough times. It’s that good!!! The orders come with chips, salsa, and black beans. All great. They have a cute patio for nice weather."

"Top quality service. Fresh and delicious food. This is our current favorite restaurant. We enjoy it so much that I hesitate to tell people how great it is because sometimes it's exciting to keep great things a secret. But it's too good a place! Fresh chips, delicious beans, tasty enchiladas. One dish has fresh veggies on the side and they're perfect. So many restaurants overcook veggies. Not here."

"I was an out of town visitor and my friends brought me here because they know how much I love Mexican food. Great choice! The atmosphere was lively and we were seated right away. Our vivacious server (thanks for taking care of us, Uriel!) immediately brought us complimentary chips and salsa. We ordered some queso to go with the chips, and I ordered the coconut margarita (YUM!) while my friends ordered a beer and a strawberry margarita. Our entrees were chicken mole enchiladas and chicken quesadillas, and they were delicious! During the meal, the owner circulated through the restaurant, greeting all of us and making sure we were happy with everything. I love that personal attention! No wonder this is such a great place!"

"This place was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Our server was absolutely wonderful. We were a big party celebrating my niece's Sweet 16, so there was a lot going on. At one moment I looked up, and the server was cutting my nephew's food. He was so kind and accommodating. And the food was all amazing. We kept looking at each other's plates and tasting each other's food, because it was all so good. I highly recommend this place."
