"Pizza was dry and not enough cheese at all. Chicken wings were suppose to be lemon pepper but I couldn't taste that at all. I called to complain because this was an almost $50 order that wasn't satisfactory but I guess the worker was overwhelmed because it was super bowl Sunday but it was absolutely NO EXCUSE to gang up in my face. I will NEVER order from that Pizza Hut on Harwood in Bedford/Euless again! Unfortunately, I will be sending an official demand letter to the corporate office of Pizza Hut and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and any other official agency I can file a formal complaint."

"Every time I order here the pizza always has way too much sauce and if you tell them easy on the sauce it’s basically has no sauce then. I don’t know what makes them think people want pounds of sauce on their pizza."

"i ordered a large pizza, 2 litr and 3 ranches to get delivered. only the pizza was delivered. delivery man told me to get ahold of pizza hut and i have been for the past 30 min. no one is picking up at the restaurant, this is ridiculous id like to get in contact with the manager"

"Made online order for delivery. Gave delivery tip and was watching the progress checker online. After 30min past due tried calling store 5 times. No answer. Drove to store picked up cold pizza. Counter kept telling me it was carry out. Never again. I'm done with Pizza Hut."
