"Only 2 cars in front of me took almost 20+ minutes to get my order. When I paid and was given a receipt, I noticed it said grilled jalapenos. The burgers should have been plain. I advised them of the error and was assured my order did not have grilled jalapenos on it. Instead of making a new correct sandwich. They just took the jalapenos off. You could still taste it and it made me Ill within minutes. I would have called and made a complaint but they took my receipt and never gave it back. I will never return to this location."
"The fries were cold, and the burger was soggy. This is not a good location. Took my son for the first time, and he said 5 guys is way better. Way to prove me wrong Whataburger. Should've gone to the one by Bass Pro in Grapevine. The food & service are up to Whataburger standards. Will not be back."
"No matter what time, the kids that work here don't care to have people waiting over 30 mins for simple orders. What happened to corporate dropping by to see how they do drive thru and all??? I used to work at a different location ans can say that this is beyond ridiculous. Yall know we don't want burger King so get it right!!! Get some grown adults in here to do the job properly because this ain't it. I shouldn't have to ask for my order to be repeated and then see the person taking my order fooling around with the board and grill cooks....yall should be working, not horsing around. We all are off work and deserve better service. Gtfoh and figure out another job in life. Whoever owns thos location needs to check up periodically. This is my last time trying here. Ever. On a good note, told the young lady at the window to take pride in what she does as that helps people get through the line without dealing with too much attitude. Fun at work is cool but don't neglect your customers."

"the experience i had was not very good. the service was very bad. i was waiting in line over 20 minutes to get some food. the restaurant was not even full. there was only one couple in front of me and they were waiting tho. and when i was finally getting help they were not very friendly. and they where even giving attitude just for asking for ketchup. but over all after waiting long the food was good. but not worth it if you have to wait over 40 minutes."
