Whataburger

"yall lemme get this straight. for the last 20 years I’ve been a fan of whataburger. ive bought cups, hats and even socks from whataburger. but i have NEVER experienced such a bad experience from this restaurant. first off they got my order wrong, and then they burned my onion rings because they suddenly “forgot”. i had them remade and they weren't even the correct SIZE. and this isnt the first time ive had a bad experience from this location. its a shame that this place has let me down, as all the other whataburgers ive went to have never been like this. hopefully they better the quality of this establishment in the future."

"the cashier forgot my hashbrown sticks. super lame on her part, then the next time i asked for a sandwich with no cheese or vegetables. plain. so when i handed my roommate with Cancer a burger stuffed with onions you can imagine how surprised she was. it was late and i didnt want to go back but im not gonna eat my food infront of her and act like its fine. the manager started giving me attitude, talking about coming inside, nah F$$$ that your gonna fix the order and ill sit in my car. trust me you dont want me coming inside. be better. its a choice to work at whataburger if you don't like it leave."

"How do you forget to put the beef patty INSIDE THE burger. 20 min wait in drive through. Always problems on the PM, never on the day shift."

"Ordered no onions - came with onions, twice the amount of mayo, cold burger. Called and got a refund so grateful for that but the service was really poor unfortunately. Hopefully the review will bring it to the attention of district managers."

"And that's why u work at Whataburger...idk why I expect different when I go to Whataburger...20 min wait time for an incorrect order (asked for grilled onions) with cold fries and burger...like how effing hard is it? Orders made fresh? Ha...for what u send out premade the food pls...at least in would come out in a timely manner."
