Although the tools are not always the best quality, they are good enough for perhaps a do it yourselfer who doesn't want to or can't affor a high price. Though I must say that it is always good to research up your item you may be purchasing since, it could be a little difficult to purchase parts for that item in the future or difficult to find replacement/custom parts. Thought on the average, these will get you out of a jamb!"
"You know I really hate going here. It is like a kid in a candy store. They have so many tools and equipment. I just go in for one thing and come out with 10 but leave wanting more. "The store itself is very nice and organized, this complaint is about the supervisor Joe. I was in there looking for some stuff and I couldn’t find it. I was going to approach him to ask but when I got closer to him he decided to get his phone out and take a phone call as he walked right past me without even acknowledging me. This is no behavior for a supervisor, and this wouldn’t be a problem had they had people working the floor but every single time I’ve been to this location there is not one single person on the floor to help."
