"Order was placed online by 1837 drinks were not ready until 1850 at the time of my online order, there was only one person in the drive-through as I was already approaching the store when the order was placed once I expressed to the barista that the drinks should have been ready several minutes ago they continue to state it was going to take more time before they even start on mine, because they were going to make the drinks that came in after mine shortly after some drinks were put on the counter, but I was not notified that my drinks were ready so even more time was wasted, definitely not friendly as when I stated that they could’ve at least told me that they placed my drinks on the counter, they sarcastically stated, have a nice day"

"The people that work here are very kind. Always helpful. And, considerate of your time. Oh, and they sell overpriced coffee."

"This location is slower than most, I advise arriving 5 minutes after the expected time if ordering in the app. Always seems like confusion behind the counter which is never pleasant for any consumer to see anywhere. Ordered double espresso with a cold foam but for some reason this location served it cold, next time I’ll request it stays warm."

"The wait is ridiculous….We walked in to order and the shop wasn’t even busy. The staff seems to keep getting the orders wrong for other customers and the cashier spent a very long amount of time to catch up with his friends before taking our order. It is all well and good to catch up but not when there’s 3 people waiting in the queue. Another observation is that the coffee making station looks sloppy and could use a clean. Well, at least the coffee is good and the cranberry bliss bar too."
